PHOTOS: Bikini-clad Miley Cyrus showered with affection from Shirtless Patrick Schwarzenegger

While his new romance initially raised a few eyebrows, Patrick Schwarzenegger is clearly besotted with his girlfriend of three months Miley Cyrus.

The hunky 21-year-old could not keep his hands off the bikini clad pop star during yet another idyllic day in Hawaii.

The pair were spotted on Wednesday frolicking in the warm tropical waters as Patrick lifted the petite 22-year-old onto his back as he splashed into the surf.

Miley wore a two piece black bikini and a floppy hat as she showed off her lean and toned beach body. Handsome Patrick kept it simple in grey swim trunks as his rock hard abs and well defined chest were on full display.

The two could be seen laughing and enjoying one another's company as they playfully flirted knee deep in the gorgeous and temperate sea.

Her antics are perhaps raising eyebrows amongst the Kennedy clan, although Patrick isn't the first Kennedy grandchild to date a pop star.

His cousin Conor was involved in a high profile relationship with singer Taylor Swift last year, who received a noticeably warmer welcome from the extended family.

Miley and Patrick are rarely seen apart these days, with Patrick recently attending Miley's younger sister Noah's 15th birthday party.

The couple, who confirmed their relationship in November, also spent New Year's Eve together in Las Vegas, Nevada, with his father Arnold.
