Pregnant Alicia Keys gets a loving pat on the bump from husband Swizz Beatz at Keep A Child Alive gala

Alicia Keys had that pregnancy glow at this charity fundraiser, thanks in part to husband Swizz Beatz.

The It's On Again singer got the loving treatment as she and the hip hop artist arrived to the 9th annual Keep A Child Alive Black Ball in New York City on Thursday.

Alicia - who is due to deliver the couple's second child sometime this winter - draped her blossoming belly in a black gown with shimmery silver straps falling down her arms.
So little wonder Swizz, 36, couldn't resist cradling that bump as the cameras snapped away in front of them.

Alicia smiled delightedly as Swizz patted her protruding tummy and at another point he bent down to plant a gentle kiss on her forehead.

The If I Ain't Got You singer is about seven months pregnant and also has a four-year-old son named Egypt with Swizz.

Alicia has been busy in the public eye and didn't want to miss out on this event either, which raised money for children and families grappling with HIV in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, South Africa and India.

Last week, the No One singer organized a protest in front of the Nigerian consulate in New York to mark the half-year anniversary of the kidnapping of 219 Nigerian schoolgirls by Boko Haram militants.

The singer made sure the story was not forgotten as she held a rally along with 30 other women, raising awareness by holding several signs that read 'We Are Here To Bring Back Our Girls Now.'

Meanwhile, behind-the-scenes at the Black Ball, Alicia seemed thrilled to run into Gospel legend Aretha Franklin whom she hugged and held hands with.

Alicia also posed with the beautiful-in-blue Padma Lakshmi at the event.

At another point during the event, Alicia relaxed with a soothing warm tea.

Below are more pictures, enjoy....
