Rowdy bride and groom spent wedding night locked up in police cells

A rowdy bride and groom spent their wedding night locked up in separate police cells after being kicked out of Manchester's Hilton Hotel.

Kirsty Bigland, 30, racially abused and viciously attacked a bouncer working for the four-star hotel after she and her new husband had been thrown out following their nuptials.

A row erupted in the lobby when a credit card offered by a friend to pay for a room was refused.
Bigland and her husband Nicholas, 25, who had been swearing at the receptionist, were ejected from the swanky city centre hotel.
Outside, the couple continued to object and Kirsty Bigland, a mother-of-four, rounded on Mustapha Muhssen, a member of the hotel’s doorstaff.
She told him: “F*** you, you f***ing **** b****** - you shouldn't even be in this country.”
She then spat in the doorman’s face, punched him in the chest and kicked him.
Nick Bigland stood in front of the automatic barrier to stop guests going in or out and when staff tried to move him the row continued.
He had to be dragged down and pinned to the ground to control him.
The not-so-happy couple were arrested and spent their wedding night in separate police cells.
Both the Biglands, of Manchester Road in Walkden, Salford, will now be sentenced on December 9 after each admitted offences.

Kirsty Bigland pleaded guilty to racially aggravated assault when she appeared at Manchester magistrates court as a trial was about to start. ...Mirror
