Twitter is waging its own war against ISIS, shutting down at least 2,000 accounts that are connected to the terror group's members over the past week.

According to terrorism analyst J.M. Berger, 13 of the 16 major ISIS distribution accounts were suspended, and it has long been thought that ISIS uses Twitter as a recruiting tool.
ISIS supporters reacted by threatening Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey. A Twitter spokesperson said that the website's team was "investigating the veracity of these threats with relevant law enforcement officials."
