The presidential candidate of the Presidential candidate of the All
Progressives Congress, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari and his wife, Aishat Buhari
have been accredited at his polling ward in Duara, Kastina state.
Garbed
in a flowing traditional white robe, the former Head of State alongside
his wife, Aishat arrived the polling booth around 8:45 amid tight
security.
Within five minutes, Buhari and his wife were accredited by the electoral officers.
Speaking with newsmen, Buhari said, “Well, I like the integrity of the
system, and I believe of people are allowed to vote. Rigging won’t be
allowed. INEC has done very well. From their presentation to the council of sate, it has been commending.”
