Galatasaray, Borussia Dortmund and BATE Borisov punished by UEFA

UEFA has punished Galatasaray and Borussia Dortmund for crowd disorder and sanctioned BATE Borisov for racism by their fans at Champions League matches.

The European ruling body revealed its disciplinary panel fined Galatasaray 70,000 euros for disturbances which stopped play twice during a 4-1 loss at Dortmund earlier this month.
During the match fans of the Turkish club ran onto the pitch and threw lit fireworks.
UEFA ordered Galatasaray to pay Dortmund for damage repairs, and it issued the same sanction after Galatasaray's group match at Arsenal.
The German club was fined 32,000 euros for the part their supporters played in the disorder.
UEFA also ordered BATE Borisov to close a section of their stadium when they host Porto next week in the competition.
BATE fans were found guilty of racist behavior during a 7-0 defeat against visiting Shakhtar Donetsk last month. ...SkySports
